J.O. Agyapong Group is a diversified Ghanaian group operating across construction, security infrastructure, real estate, technology, consultancy and project management.
Corporate overview
J.O. Agyapong Group is a privately held Ghanaian group headquartered in Accra. The portfolio covers construction and civil engineering, high-security infrastructure, premium real estate, smart systems, consultancy and full-lifecycle project management.
We take complex projects from concept to completion with in-house control over feasibility, design, manufacturing of specialised components, on-site execution, commissioning and long-term facility management. One point of accountability for outcomes, timelines, quality and cost.
The Group operates through five companies: J.O. Agyapong Company Limited, DBA Madoors Systems Limited, Triorvarc, J.O. Agyapong Homes and the J.O. Agyapong Foundation.
Clients include private homeowners, corporate institutions, government ministries, diplomatic missions, hotels and developers, in Ghana and across West Africa.
